21 years ago — November 3rd, 1995 — Bob Dylan and Hootie and the Blowfish reached an out-of-court settlement over the dispute of the group’s usage and various allusions to several songs off of Dylan’s album, Blood on the Tracks, in their hit song, “Only Wanna Be With You.”

While it’s nearly impossible to find out just how much the band actually owed Mr. Dylan, the song led to a classic Late Night with Jimmy Fallon hit skit — Camp Winnapesaukee — so who’s the real winner here?
