EAST LANSING – Michigan State basketball forward Malik Hall has been named to the preseason All-Big Ten team on Thursday. The Spartans prepare to tip off in less than a month against Grand Valley State University in an exhibition on Nov.1.

Hall led the Spartans to a 23-13 season in the 2021-2022 season, averaging 8.9 points per game. He shot 42 percent from beyond the arc, making it 29 times last season.

The senior from Aurora, Ill. played every game and started seven of them. Throughout his MSU career, Hall has scored 602 points and has recorded 1774 minutes on the court.

Indiana’s Trayce Jackson-Davis, Michigan center Hunter Dickinson and Purdue center Zach Edey were unanimous selections to the preseason All-Big Ten team.
