Back in February, Nebraska natives Icky Blossoms dropped their single, “In Folds” off of their second LP Mask, set for release on May 11. “In Folds” gave us something we did not know we needed – 1980s inspired electropop, with just a hint of emo lyrics.
Icky Blossoms delivered something very similar on their next single, “Living In Fiction” – sharp, catchy guitar riffs and melodramatic vocals propelled by 1980s-esque disco beats – except this time around they produce something a little more chaotic; the perfect track to jam out to during a walk to class.
