Move over, Taylor Swift – this cover by Our Last Time of “Blank Space” is haunting. Where the original is dripping with sass, the cover adds a layer of angst and pop-punk flare. I’ll openly admit to loving Swift’s version, but Our Last Time changes the tone of the song, making its lyrics more soulful and contemplative. If you’re into the vibe of this band, I’d recommend checking out their other covers of popular songs like “Wrecking Ball” and (my personal favorite) “Bye Bye Bye.”
