Joseph DesVergnes (Joe Dez) (he/him) is a senior studying broadcast and sports journalism. In addition to his role as Sports Director, he also hosts The Green and White Report and Crunch Time for Impact. Outside of sports, Joe loves comedy and weightlifting. He can bench press 275 pounds.

Gabe Sousa, Host of the Green and White Report
Gabe (he/him) is the 5’8 host of the Green and White Report for Impact 89FM. He is a junior sports journalism student. His favorite sports are football and men’s golf. Gabe’s favorite song is Sh-Boom by The Chords. Before becoming the host of the Green and White report, Gabe was the beat writer for MSU Hockey on the Impact.

Liam is a general assignment/beat reporter for Impact 89FM. He is a junior studying journalism.
Jacob Maurer, Sports Broadcast Director
Jacob (he/him) is the Sports Broadcast Director for Impact 89FM, double majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Data Science. He enjoys watching and covering sports and is a big fan of Dave’s Hot Chicken.

Kyle Keegan, Sports Broadcast Assistant
Kyle (he/him) is a Senior at MSU majoring in Journalism with a minor in Sports Journalism. Kyle is from Cranbury, New Jersey, and he aspires to have a career in Broadcast/Written Sports Journalism. He currently announces MSU Football for Impact 89FM and is the Sports Broadcast Assistant at the station.
Connor Gilley, Sports Editorial Assistant
Connor (he/him) is the Sports Editorial Assistant and co-host of Thee Hourz of Power for Impact 89FM, a senior majoring in journalism with a concentration in sports. Outside of playing the best in metal and hardcore, Connor also edits for the sports staff. He has prior experience covering volleyball and women’s basketball for Impact 89FM and is returning to the MSU football beat for the upcoming season.
