What made you decide to join The IMPACT and become a DJ?

I wanted to improve my skills as a journalist and make some new friends!

What has been your best on-air experience?

When my sister texted me after my shift and told me our dog recognized my voice on the radio!

What is the best concert experience you have had? Why?

I saw Elton John last summer and it was so great because I love him so much and it was his farewell tour so I wouldn’t have any other chance to see him again. He is such an amazing person and so talented and every single song was amazing.

How do you think working in radio will affect your future career and life?

Being on the radio has improved my confidence and I don’t think it’s something I ever would have considered doing a few years ago. I’ve learned a lot of new skills for inside and outside of DJing.

Favorite Dining Hall?

Campus Squirrels or Campus Ducks?

Ducks!! The squirrels steal stuff out of my bag

Plan a dinner in East Lansing with any person dead or alive. Who would it be? Where would you go?

Dolly Parton. She would give me life advice that would fundamentally change me and make me cry. Also she looks like she gives really good hugs. I probably would take her to crunchy’s so she can smash karaoke.

What is your comfort TV show?

Parks and Recreation

Favorite College Memory?

Laughing until I cry with the friends I’m so glad to have.
