Charlotte’s Playlist:
This playlist derives feelings of summer and excitement for the future of The Flashback as I begin to plan my involvement. Although the songs listed are songs that I have mostly adored for some time now, I revisit these tracks most summers. For me, the soundtracks of my summers are dominated by ’70s psychedelic rock, leaving me with the feeling of an infinite sunset.

Adam’s Playlist:
My summer selections were tailored to the type of summer I had: a summer of discovery. I worked an internship in Austin, Texas, which is 1,400 miles away from home. It was my first time living across the country by myself. I had to go through lots of self-discovery through my time in Texas, but it led to me listening to tons of older music I hadn’t dove into yet. All of the songs on my playlist were either first listens from this summer or were rediscovered and relistened to endlessly over the course of my time in the south.
