EAST LANSING- Michigan State women’s gymnastics had six gymnasts named to 2025 Women’s Gymnastics All-Big Ten teams this afternoon.
Seniors Skyla Schulte and Gabrielle Stephen and juniors Sage Kellerman and Nikki Smith were crowned First Team All-Big Ten selections. Schulte and Stephen are the first MSU gymnasts to earn four first-team honors in program history. Fifth-year Delanie Harkness and junior Olivia Zsarmani were named to the Second Team-All Big Ten.
Schulte has made appearances in the beam and floor events this season. On the floor, she has scored 9.900 in six straight routines and claimed six-floor titles. Schulte has national qualifying scores on both of her events. A 9.985 on the beam and a 9.915 on the floor and ranks top 30 in national rankings.
Stephen, an all-arounder, has been crowned 11 event titles in the season. On Feb. 25, she was named the Big Ten Gymnast of the Week and currently ties Smith for 23rd nationally with a national qualifying score of 39.435 in the all-around.
Kellerman competed in every bar and vault lineup this season, ranking in the top 15 nationally in both events, winning seven bar titles and four vault titles. Her consistent performances of 9.900 on bars seven times and six times on the vault earned her a national qualifying 9.920 on the vault.
Smith matches Stephen in the national rankings in the all-around at 23, also nationally qualifying. She leads the program with 20 total event titles this season and has been selected Big Ten Gymnast of the Week three times.
Harkness was a major factor in the bar and floor lineups for the Spartans this season. Harkness is in the top 25 for the conference in both events, qualifying nationally with a score of 9.870 on bars and 9.860 on the floor.
Zsarmani has earned her first All-Big Selection. Competing in all four events, but mostly in vault and bar lineups. The junior ranks top 10 in conference on vault, qualifying nationally with a 9.890, as well as bars with a 9.840. Zsarmani also received this year’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award for the Spartans.
Up next for the Spartans is the 2025 Big Ten Championships, on Saturday, March 22 in Ann Arbor. No. 2 MSU will face No. 1 UCLA, No. 3 Minnesota, and No. 4 Michigan during the 5 p.m. session at the Crisler Center.
