We live in a digitized world. Music you’d expect to find in a gritty, underground club can now be accessed from any place in the world as long as you have a steady internet connection.
Despite the controversies surrounding online music streaming, I think we are living in unprecedented times when it comes to music accessibility and creation. Being continually connected to the internet comes with its downsides, but I find solace in the huge volumes of music I can sift through.
These concepts were my main inspiration for assembling this playlist. Unconventional music by independent artists that give me a refill of energy, despite the circumstances we are all currently living through.
