The Spartans played an aggressive offense getting in the paint and getting fouled, shooting 74.4% from the line.
MSU’s bench has looked stellar thus far, with redshirt freshman guard Kennedy Blair who put up 12 points and seven rebounds against Yale.
The emphasis on having a strong bench contributes to the entire team dynamic and helps build the performance of the starters.

The Spartans utilized their full court press and trap defense, and put pressure on the Bulldogs, halting their offense.
MSU’s offense went through a rough patch late in the third quarter with multiple turnovers due to missed passes and offensive miscommunications.
Despite the minor setback, the fourth quarter group was able to get back in the game and finish strong.
The Eastern Michigan Eagles are 0-2 so far this season, with losses from Texas State and Alabama A&M.
MSU should be able to come home with another slam dunk win and see if they can reach another 100-point game.
The Spartans and the Eagles will face off at the Breslin Center at 6:30 p.m.
