Who is the Hat Man? Is he a hallucination? A demon? An alien? While we’ve never had a run in with the Hat Man ourselves, this mysterious, dark-cloaked figure has haunted the space between sleep and wakefulness for many people. Some find his presence evil, while others claim he’s a protector who means no harm. Whatever he is, he’s spooky, and we seriously hope we never meet him.
