As the Impact Izzone returns in 2023, Brendan Schabath, Michael Markoch and Luca Melloni break down the happenings around Michigan State basketball over the holiday break. A break in which the Spartans won seven games in a row, most recently on the road against No. 18 Wisconsin. The guys break down that big win for MSU as well as preview the Spartans’ matchup against Illinois coming Friday at 9:00 pm. Plus, a look into the crazy Big Ten season so far. He is the men's and women's soccer beat reporter where he spent the last three seasons covering the two programs, as well as the men's basketball beat writer for the Impact. He is the host of the DeMartin Download podcast. Outside of Impact, Luca is the executive producer for Focal Point News at Michigan State University. Luca is also a news producer at WSYM FOX 47 in Lansing.
