EAST LANSING- After knocking off Minnesota and Iowa, Michigan State received 15 votes in the latest AP poll rankings. Although the Spartans are still not ranked in the AP Top 25, they currently are 4-0 on the season and 2-0 in the Big Ten. With three easier games upcoming (Central Michigan, Northern Illinois and Oakland), MSU could land in the Top 25 if a ranked team slips up this week. The entire rankings can be found below:

The Spartans will return to the Breslin Center on Friday, as they take on Central Michigan at 5 p.m. MSU will also host Northern Illinois on Sunday at 3 p.m., as well as Oakland next Tuesday. Conference play is set to resume Dec. 31 when the Spartans travel to Columbus to take on No. 17 Ohio State.
