Impact Sports Previews the College Football Season

For the past few weeks, the staff at Impact Sports has been pouring out content to get you ready for the upcoming college football season, especially for the Michigan State Spartans. Did you miss any?

Members of the staff looked at the college football landscape and set some predictions into stone for 2016. They listed their top five Heisman Trophy contenders as well as their picks for the College Football Playoff. Then they took their green and white glasses off (somewhat) and looked into the crystal ball to predict Michigan State’s 2016 record.

Kyle Turk ranked Michigan State’s football opponents from 12 to one, from Furman to Ohio State.

Michigan State named three senior captains for the squad, and Matt Mika was all over it.

For the first time in three years, the Spartans will be breaking in a new starting quarterback. Matt Mika can tell that Tyler O’Connor, the new sheriff in town, is ready to roll.

David Manion brought you in-depth summaries of the biggest topics facing MSU football in 2016:

Our MSU football podcast, Spartan Red Zone, previewed the season and made their College Football Predictions in an action-packed podcast. Then, they graded each position group and shared their outlook for the depth chart:

Finally, check out Spartan Red Zone’s Week 1 predictions for Michigan State’s contest with the Furman Paladins.

Stay tuned with Impact Sports on Twitter and Facebook and on our website for the best in-depth coverage of Michigan State football and all Spartan sports!
