EAST LANSING— Michigan State head coach Mel Tucker is on a role.

A day after adding 2022 three-star tight end Michael Masunas, fellow three-star recruit Jaron Glover announced his commitment to MSU. He is currently in East Lansing on an official visit and is the ninth overall commit in the 2022 class.

Glover, a wide receiver, currently plays for Riverview High School in Sarasota, Florida, and also runs track. 247Sports rated him as the No. 98 recruit in Florida and the No. 108 overall wide receiver prospect within the 2022 recruiting class.

In addition to being recruited by MSU and wide receivers coach Courtney Hawkins, Glover held offers from Wake Forest, West Virginia, Tennessee, Syracuse and Indiana, among others.

Glover is the first wide receiver commit in the 2022 class. Currently, the class consists of four offensive lineman, two safeties, one tight end and one “positionless” player in Roseville native Tyrell Henry.
