On this week’s show, Fino Faith and Austin welcomed MSU basketball redshirt senior Keenan Wetzel into the studio. With the recent transfers and fast approaching season on the horizon, MSU basketball was not the discussion however. Wetzel’s off-the-court endeavor, The Cager, a short film written and directed by Wetzel starring ex-Spartan Delvon Roe, was where the discussion began. Accompanied by fellow MSU student and the film’s producer, Nick Stachurski, the two showcased their individual plans and goals for the 25-minute film about a former college basketball star adjusting to life without a back up plan.
Just in time for you to tear up your brackets, Blake, Hayes and special guest Joe Marcus do their best to break down all of the madness. They talk Final Four, MSU’s chances, as well as their picks for Cinderella.

The regular season is in the books. It’s history. Forget about it!
The postseason has arrived and it is a whole new ballgame…or puck-game…whatever. The inaugural Big Ten hockey tournament is here, and the Spartans will have to win-out in order to continue their season.
This season has not been too kind to the Spartans. They have struggled to find the back of the net (which they seem to be fixing as of late), their quality of play has been inconsistent, and games have slipped away by the narrowest of margins.
The Detroit Lions’ head coaching search has finally come to an end.
After touching down on a San Diego tarmac just to find out that Ken Whisenhunt would choose the Titans over the Lions, Detroit acted swiftly in hiring its second choice, Jim Caldwell.
After coming up short against Michigan Tech in their first game on Friday afternoon, the Spartans were looking to bounce back against the Michigan Wolverines.
Michigan State and Michigan are scheduled to play each other four times this season, but got an early look at each other on Saturday.
