No. 25 Spartans Travel to Blacksburg to Continue Big Ten/ACC Challenge

Michigan State continues the Big Ten/ACC Challenge with a trip to Blacksburg, Va., for the first time in program history, to play the 6-2 Hokies. This will be the fourth meeting between the two programs.

Tar Heels Topple Michigan State

Michigan State suffered its first loss of the 2013-14 season Wednesday night at the hands of the North Carolina Tar Heels 79-65.

The Spartans were dominated from the start getting out rebounded once again, this time 49-38.

Tigers Making Many Offseason Moves

With a lifetime batting average of .229 and .250 in the postseason, the Tigers have decided to re-sign Don Kelly to a one-year extension.

Although Don Kelly is not a consistent starter, he is a great role player. When his number is called, he will go in the game and do whatever the team needs him to do.

Besides re-signing Kelly, they also bolstered their bullpen with the reported signing of closer Joe Nathan and acquired left-hander Ian Krol in the Fister trade.

Scouting Report: North Carolina Tar Heels

In what could be the biggest challenge of the season since Kentucky, the North Carolina Tar Heels come to the Breslin Center on Wednesday as part of the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. The two teams will meet for the fifth time in 15 years.
