Michigan State women’s tennis served a split victory at the Midwest Regionals at the Atkins Tennis Center in Champaign, Illinois.

Women’s Tennis Finish Off Weekend in Akron

After spending last weekend in Evanston, Illinois, for the Wildcat Invite, the Spartans women’s tennis team headed east to Northern Ohio for the Akron Invitational. West Virginia and Cornell competed with MSU along with host Akron.

While the Spartans had a successful weekend in singles matches, winning 11 of 18 matches, they struggled in doubles as they were only able to come away victorious in five of 11 matches. Read More…

Strong Showing in Evanston for Women’s Tennis

This past weekend, the Michigan State University women’s tennis team left their friendly confines of East Lansing for the first time this season.

Women’s Tennis Completes First Tourney of the Season

The Michigan State women’s tennis team enjoyed a successful weekend at the 25th annual Auto-Owners Insurance Spartan Invitational with 13 total victories on the first day and 12 on day two.

MSU hosted the University of Detroit-Mercy, Indiana-University Purdue-University Fort Wayne and Toledo at this year’s invitational.
