* * *

What is your favorite in season memory?

“Taking a bus down to Northwestern University. The game went into triple overtime and the field was right on the coast of Lake Michigan with the Chicago skyline in the background.”

What is your favorite off-season memory?

“Preseason tournaments are fun. You get to break out the new uniforms and get a taste of the season to come. It’s cool to see the new talent the rookies are bringing in as well as getting to play with your other teammates again after taking the summer off.”

What is the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you?

“1997. Sunny day at Cedar Point. I rode the Frog Hopper for the first time. I yelled at the top of my lungs, “MY WEENIE TICKLES.” My parents still bring it up at every family event.”

What do you want to be when you grow up?

“A fire truck. That was always my go-to response as a kid. Or I’m an aspiring mechanical engineer with hopes to work in the aerospace-defense industry for Lockheed Martin.”

What is your favorite part about lacrosse?

“I play attack, which is strictly offense, so putting the biscuit in the basket is always a good thing. My favorite part about the sport itself is that being a relatively new and fast growing sport, it’s easy to get involved and be competitive.”

What do you think is the hardest part about lacrosse?

“The hardest part and most essential part in my opinion is developing your off-hand. The sticks are hard too… and they hurt a lot.”

What is your all-time favorite movie?

“Brother Bear.”

If you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be and why?

“I think a bald eagle would be pretty cool, but I’d settle for a squirrel. Reason being: America.”

If you had to play a different sport at Michigan State, what would it be and why?

“If I played a different sport, it would be hockey.”

What is something most people would not know or expect about you?

“Most people wouldn’t expect that I’m the proud owner of a tandem bike, and I would love to take you for a ride.”
