Living in Michigan, we have all faced the harsh weather conditions the seasons bring. MSU Bikes opened two enhanced security bike garages last week to help combat this problem and others for bicyclists on campus. You don’t normally hear of a lot of original-sounding bands coming out of Austin, in fact Texas as a whole tends to follow the same twangy style of country lines. That was, until Shakey Graves. Instead of going the whole looping route that you see a lot of one-man bands doing, Shakey Graves decides to play everything at once. Using his guitar as both a bass and a main guitar line and each foot working a different percussive element, he’s able to establish a sound by himself many bands take at least three to achieve.
