She speaks with Director of Student Health Education at Olin Health Center Dennis Martell about the prevalence of mental health illnesses on campus. She also has several students share personal stories about mental health. Among them, Jill Passanante, Zach DeRade, Marisa Martini and James Conwell.

Smartphone usage at night decreases energy levels the next day

Michigan State University professor in the Department of Management Russell Johnson studied the impacts of using smartphones at night. He and his colleagues found that smartphone usage before bed can actually decrease energy levels the next day. Impact’s Abbie Newton spoke with Johnson on Exposure on Feb. 25.
