The Eat At State food truck at Michigan State University has an award-winning cheeseburger on its menu. The Signature Smoked Cheddar Cheese Burger was named the “Best Local Food Recipe” in the nation by the National Association of College & University Food Services. Impact’s Abbie Newton met up with Chef Kurt Kwiatkowski to witness the burger being made and give it a taste.
