EAST LANSING— Following a week where Michigan State didn’t play a single game due to postponements from COVID-19  the Spartans remained out of the top 25 in this week’s AP poll rankings. While still garnering three votes, the Spartans will most likely remain out of the Top 25 going forward since their only scheduled game this week, against No. 22 Illinois, has also been postponed due to COVID-19. As such, the Spartans will remain at 8-4 on the season with a 2-4 record in Big Ten play.
