The Green & White Report is officially back for the 2019-20 season!

Co-host Ryan Rabinowitz is joined by Ryan Collins and Trent Balley from the Motown Rundown podcast, as co-host, Julian Mitchell is busy doing R.A. duties.

The guys kick off the show previewing the MSU football season, including the Tulsa game preview and record predictions (9:49).

Following the break, they transition to overall college football talk, including the Miami-Florida game that kicked off the college football season, as well as national championship predictions (26:30).

Afterward, producer Hikaru Kudo hops on the mic to talk about MSU volleyball’s Green & White exhibition match and media day, including his experience guest coaching and his takeaways (41:31).

To wrap the show, all four return on the mic to give each of their top five tips for incoming freshman at Michigan State (49:06).
